Our recent stay at this hotel was pleasant and comfortable. the hotel is situated in a beautiful location, a few minutes from the downtown, surrounded by traditional architecture. the room was clean and modern with a lovely balcony, offering a nice view of the garden. the breakfast was well-prepared and a fair price, and the cleaning staff was helpful. the restaurant's food was delicious, and the swimming pool was excellent.

The noise levels around the pool could be disturbing at times.

The pool and garden area were very well-maintained, providing a great space to relax and take in the surroundings. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the location was ideal for exploring the city, with plenty of local attractions within walking distance.

Breakfast was not up to the standard we had expected, with a limited selection of basic items on offer. our room could have been better soundproofed, as noise from outside and neighboring rooms could be heard during the night.

During Christmas, we enjoyed the fantastic view offered by the mountain and the forest, which made our experience even more joyful. the friendly and accommodating staff made us feel at home and we received immediate care for all our minor requests. We found the garden outside the hotel to be very peaceful and relaxing, and we particularly enjoyed the delicious food served in the hotel restaurant. the facilities were top-notch, including the well-planned and comfortable spa, swimming pool, and room amenities.

the spa was not operational, although this was not communicated to us before arriving.
